Scenario-based Learning: Engaging Expereinces with Articulate Storyline 360

As part of my ongoing Instructional Design research, designed a user-friendly template to create interactive activities based on scenario-based learning theories. The template provided a structured framework, allowing subject matter experts to design realistic scenarios and branching paths effortlessly.

Using an SME's (subject matter expert) template, I developed an interactive lesson on vaccine ethics. Learners encountered a realistic scenario, making decisions with feedback on ethical considerations and consequences. The lesson included a review of Nuffield's Intervention Ladder, which grounded the activity in what they learned in the course.

An interactive inbox provides context and simulates a work environment. Decision points address the challenges in vaccine program implementation. Feedback then explains ethical aspects and potential consequences of each choice, fostering critical thinking and deepening learners' understanding of vaccine ethics.
